WDGF's new flag
Opening Ceremony was held at Skyteeholm where they unveiled WDGF's new flag! The
tournament had both CISS and WDGF flag proudly displayed. Some members of the Organizing Committee
proclaimed the Games "open" by shooting the balls against the sea. There were drinks and dinner provided
that evening.
Men winner - Cedric Touzard of South Africa
Women winner - Linda Davis of Australia
Senior winner - Jun Oishi of Japan
Team men - USA
Team women - USA
During the Closing Ceremony, medals were given, CISS flag was given to WDGF whilst the
WDGF flag was given to Canada as the next hosting city. We look forward to Canada hosting the next Deaf
World Golf Championships in Edmonton! Congratulations to Sweden for a job well done!
